Welcome to https://gokiki.in and the GoKiki mobile applications (collectively, the Platform), owned and operated by GPAL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, having its registered office at HNO. 107 B, Abode Aruna Heights, Nagaram (K.V. Rangareddy), Rangareddy, Hyderabad, Telangana - 500083 ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, or engaging with our services, you ("you", "your", or "user") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Marketplace Role

Gokiki acts as an intermediary platform enabling users to discover and connect with vendors.
•
We do not provide, endorse, or guarantee vendor services or products.
•
All agreements, transactions, and services are directly between the user and the vendor.
•
We are not liable for disputes, delays, quality issues, or damages arising from vendor services.
4. Vendor Services & Fees
•
Vendors may list their services on the Platform.
•
Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the delivery of their services.
•
In the future, Gokiki may introduce fees for leads, listings, or premium features. Vendors will be notified of such charges in advance. Continued use after notification will constitute acceptance of such fees.
•
Vendors are responsible for any applicable taxes, including GST.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
•
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
•
Post, share, or upload content that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise objectionable.
•
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform, servers, or networks.
6. Intellectual Property
Our Content & Trademarks
•
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of GPAL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors.

Our trademarks, trade names, service marks, and logos (collectively, "Marks") are our exclusive property.
•
You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or display our content or Marks without prior written consent.
User Content
•
Users may create, upload, or share content, including but not limited to text, images, and graphics ("User Content").
•
By posting User Content, you grant GPAL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for operating and improving the Platform.
•
You retain ownership of all rights to your User Content.
User Warranties
By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

You own or have the rights to share such content.
•
Your content does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable laws.
7. Copyright Infringement (DMCA Policy)
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to our Copyright Agent at:

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
We may remove infringing content in accordance with applicable law.
8. Payments, Taxes & Refunds

All fees (if applicable) are payable in advance and are non-refundable, except where services are not delivered due to a fault of the Company.

Users and Vendors are responsible for paying applicable taxes (including GST).
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive practices.
10. Limitation of Liability
•
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) to use the Platform or services.
•
We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, service delays, or data loss.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GPAL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Telangana, India.
13. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, internet outages, or government actions.
